As I get older, the years just go faster and faster but here we are in April 19th and it's

episode 375 which is a nice round number where three

But it's late three quarters of the way between 300 and 400 and that feels like a milestone.

This is what I cooked by chicken at 3.75. For how long?

Well, it depends on the chicken, but usually 40 minutes, 45 minutes, something like that, a couple

pieces of chicken. All right. That's good. Every episode you're going to have to tell us what you

cook at that temperature. Well I mean yeah it's usually 3.75 or 400 I mean there's no real

in between it's it seems like a nice
