I was so excited about putting in the holy crap thing that I forgot to write down the

episode number. That's all right. Well Jason I've, Jason, I've got one minute to go here.

Okay. So what I have one minute until is my my

ambulatory blood pressure meter takes my takes a reading yep and I oh here it goes did you hear that

beep I heard the beep all right so it was a very faint be but I heard the be

all right so I don't know do you hear the buzzing no no okay so I don't know if the

microphone is gonna pick that up all well obviously it is if you heard it but I don't

know if people you know in the actual recording will hear that but just in case you hear some beeping

My doctors asked me to wear this blood pressure thing for 24 hours so here I am wearing it is a giant pain in the ass and I'm not happy about it. But, you know, I guess better this than walking around with high blood pressure for the rest of my life and then, you know, taking decades off my life, that would be bad.

I don't want a bad man with your doctor or anything, but if it's a giant pain in the ass, you're

wearing it wrong.

That's a possibility, but I don't think so.

It's all I mean is it's super annoying.

Oh, okay. So yeah, you know, taking blood pressure, it's different than, you know, taking

temperatures where you can, you you know pick your location.
