Oh, The This is the Talking Dead, a podcast dedicated to the AMZ TV show The Walking Dead.

Hey everybody, my name is Chris and my name is Jason and this is the

talking dead number one hundred and forty three for Monday the tenth of

February 2014 and because it's the 10th of February that means

yesterday was the 9th. Correct and the 9th of February is the day that the

Walking Dead returned for the second half of season two and in case you were

wondering you said season two not season to season four season four the second half of

season four yeah and that is of course why we were here. We are here. Boy I'm not off to a good start. No horrible start. It's

season two and that's why we were here. That's why we were here. We were here back in season two. Yes, we were. We have been here for what is it five and a half years or something now? It's a long time. It feels like forever. It sometimes does but what's going to keep us going, really, is a lot of things.

And a lot of those things are happening right here on this very show.

First of all, Jason, I got to wish you a happy umbrella day.

Yeah, today is umbrella day.

The basic umbrella, here's some facts for you, okay?

The basic umbrella was invented over 4,000 years ago. We have seen evidence of umbrellas in the ancient art and

artifacts of Egypt, Assyria, Greece, and China. These ancient umbrellas and parasols were first designed to provide shade from the sun.

The Chinese were the first to waterproof their umbrellas for use as a rain protection.

Nice.

So it's Umbrella Day.

Now, it's umbrella day now it's the you know middle of a deep freeze winter we're having here in Toronto

Yeah, so we haven't been using a lot of umbrellas lately unless you have taken umbrella out for the snow.

I don't know where my umbrella is right now.
