TikTokers on the pod today, Kiki Monique, aka The Talk of Shame. She's a pop culture expert.

So I'm going to bring her out in a bit. That was a really fun conversation.

We talked about Bravo stuff, of course. But after the Bravo stuff, we got into a lot about

Chappelle. And I didn't want to go through the whole, like, you know, breaking down the special

and the backlash so much because it's been done to death and it just feels like a fake outrage.

But we did go into the Chappelle stuff a fair bit, but mostly about the,

the trans activist, Ashley Marie Preston, that really sort of spearheaded the thing to, you know,

spearheaded the backlash against Chappelle.

And then her old problematic tweets resurfaced and she looks like a hypocrite,

and then that's become a whole thing. So we talked a lot about that. And then we also talked

about Ice Cube, turning down 9 million to get vaccinated. That's true artistic freedom that you can

walk away from 9 million, just based on your principles. So shout out to Ice Cube. So I will bring Kiki out in a

minute, but first, let's just have a little chit chat. So if you guys follow me on Instagram,

you've probably seen me sharing some clips of where I'm living now. Obviously, I moved back home.

So I've been sharing some like photos and clips of the town and also the little sort of suburban area where I live.

When I showed my house now, well, obviously it's my mom's house where I'm staying at the moment.

I said it was very lynchian.

Some of you guys messaged me back and said it was more like Edward Cisorhands, but it does have that vibe.

It's really nice.
