Summary

Ed O'Keefe fills in for Major today. CBS News believes at least 12,000 Iranian protesters have been killed as a crackdown within the country. Tony Dokoupil has a one-on-one interview with President Trump about what he's planning when he tells Iranian protesters that "help is on the way." We have a preview of that exchange. Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado is set to have a meeting at the White House on Thursday, following the capture of Nicolas Maduro. Former Venezuelan President Juan Guaido speaks with Ed about his reaction to Maduro's capture, and what he hopes that Machado gets out of her meeting with the President. Plus, The Supreme Court hears arguments about whether to limit transgender athletes from playing sports in their desired gender identity, rather than their biological sex. Jan Crawford has the latest, while Ed interviews Jennifer Sey, a vocal opponent of trans athletes playing in sports. Listen to the full episode here.
