rock the world of this young woman being stabbed to death on this train by none other than to Carlos Brown Jr.

Now, New York Post refers to him as a deranged homeless man, which he is exactly that.

We're going to get into this article because he's been declared, as you'll see in the headline, incompetent to stand trial based on his mental health and his mental faculties. He's undergone a psychiatric evaluation and they're now saying this guy cannot go to trial because of just how crazy he is. And we'll speak to that in just a moment because a lot of people are super upset about this outcome. Now, let's get into the article.

The New York Post writes the deranged homeless man accused of savagely butchering

Arina Zerutska, 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee on a Charlotte light rail train,

has been found incapable to proceed on state murder charges.

It's important to note that he also has federal charges.

So this is just the state charge process right now. According to a motion

filed April 7th, Carlos Brown Jr. was evaluated December 29th at Central Regional Hospital,

and the subsequent report determined that he was not competent to stand trial, according to

WBTV. His attorney asked the court to delay his competency hearing, which is a separate hearing,

by 180 days. So that's six months. It seems like this process is going to be delayed another

six months. Why? I don't know. I mean, I'll look to some of the legal professionals that

watch this show to let me in on why this would be delayed another six months when we already have this incapable to proceed sort of idea floating around this particular case.
