0:11.5	Gentlemen, there is a story in the New York Times about a surge in cases of syphilis. Literally,
0:18.6	in the past decade, I think they've had like an 11 times surge in the
0:24.9	cases of syphilis in the country. It was nearly eliminated, by the way. I didn't even know about
0:30.0	this. I guess I don't hang out with the right people. But it was nearly eliminated about 20 years
0:34.5	ago, gentlemen, but it rose by about 74% to 177,000 cases between 2017 and
0:42.6	2021. The cases where babies are born with syphilis, nearly there were some 3,700 babies born in a
0:53.3	recent year to women with, that already had syphilis.
0:57.6	And the thing that caught my eye about this story was not only, okay, here's a sexually
1:02.0	transmissible infection that is, is now growing by leaps and bounds. We should be concerned
1:07.4	about that. But the way the New York Times approached the story, listen to this paragraph and see if you can pick up on anything, Stephen Green.
