Hey, this is Beth. Listen, what we live for at Living Proof is to serve people the Word of God.

We base our ministry on Hebrews 412 that tells us that the Word is alive and active. We pray this message is going to serve you in some way today and that God

is going to speak through it. Thank you so much for giving us this privilege. All of you turn

with me to Matthew chapter 18. I'd like to start reading at verse 15. If your brother sins against

you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone.

If he listens to you, you have gained your brother.

But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you so that every charge may be

established by the evidence of two or three witnesses.

If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church.

And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.

Now, keep in mind that our megachurches were not in operation when these words were given back in the New Testament early era.

They were mostly house churches.

If not, they just met right outside where there was not some kind of gathering place for them to come.

But they are a group of people that would fit in a

house. So as far as picturing someone, dragging someone up here in front of this group and telling

all 6,000 of you or 500 of you in a church on the other side of the screen, that's not really the

picture here. Picture it in the era that Christ

is saying it. And it says then in verses 18 through 20, go with me there and lock in.

Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven. And whatever you

loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Verse 19, our key word, again I say to you, if two of you

agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my father in heaven.
