The thing that I keep coming back to is this team is so bad at the way they conduct business.

And no matter how many examples that the media puts right up in front of Jerry,

and he always talks about how he looks in the mirror all the time,

you'd think that things would change, especially after a three-decade drought of not getting

to an NFC title game or a Super Bowl.

And he just thinks, you know what, I'm right here.
