So yes, the Rangers will not trade Sebastian Walcott today. That would be a story, but it is the

MLB trade deadline. It's today at 5 o'clock p.m. Central time. And we've already seen a flurry of

trades over the past 24 plus hours or so. And we talked to our buddy Evan Grant, the Dallas

And he presented some relief pitchers that the Rangers could be in the market for. There's

been some rumors surrounding a few guys. And they're starting to fly off the shelves. Ryan

Helsley, one of them was traded yesterday to the Mets. A huge return. The Mets got, I mean, they got a great closer, but he's a rental.

And the prospects that they gave up, including Blake Tidwell, I mean, that's probably a future middle of the rotation starting pitcher.

That feels like a lot for a rental.

But if you look around, I mean, we had Yon Duran or the Phillies,

Mick Abel went in that trade.

That's a pretty good player to get rid of.

Kyle Finnegan, somebody that has been linked to the Rangers for a few years.

He went to the Tigers who were doing their best to be the best team in baseball this season.

And the big one that came down earlier this morning is A.J. Preller, who is always, always active at the deadline.

He makes a monster move and go and get Athletics Closer Mason Miller, who we thought would be untraded.

Untradable.

And the hall for Mason Miller and J.P. Sears, who's a very good back end of the

rotation starter for the athletics. They're going to San Diego. And this was a pretty good

hall. Four total players, including Leo DeVries. And I don't know if you're familiar with him,

but he is, I think, ranked number three in all of baseball,

but this kid's 18. He's the youngest player right now in A ball. And he looks like,
