0:00.0 | Hello and welcome back to the podcast. I'm your host, Evan Brand. Thanks for joining me. |
0:04.0 | Today's an interview I did for a summit called Wellness After 40, which sounds generic and cliche. |
0:11.9 | But as you know, I like to go beyond nutrition, beyond fitness. That's what most people think. |
0:18.0 | When you tell them, hey, I'm 40, what should I be doing? People say, eat clean, exercise. |
0:22.2 | It's like, if that fixed everyone, you and I wouldn't be talking right now. |

1:23.4 | than others. That's great. But what about all the other people that don't feel like it or they just |
1:28.2 | can't do it or they crash after they try to exercise for two to three days because they have |
1:33.5 | mitochondrial dysfunction because they have Lyme disease or they have mold toxicity. These are the real |
1:38.7 | things that need to be on the front headlines, but it's just not as attractive as the mainstream health industry promotes. |
1:45.6 | You know what I'm saying? |
1:46.2 | Like it's a harder sell for me to say, hey, you've actually got to fix these five, six, |
