We are less than a month away from both the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary. Our

expert panel is waiting in the wings to discuss our topic this week, the U.S. Supreme

Court. But first, Fox News correspondent Peter Ducey has been following the candidates on the campaign trail and gives us an update.

The primary fight for progressive hearts and minds has been pretty polite until now. CNN is

reporting that Bernie Sanders privately told Elizabeth Warren a woman can't win. And the Warren

campaign did not immediately respond, but Bernie Sanders did with a statement that says in part,

quote, it is ludicrous to believe that at the same meeting where Elizabeth Warren told me she was going to run for president,

I would tell her that a woman couldn't win.

And Sanders insisted on Sunday, he's never said anything negative about Warren.

And that's when he was asked about a different

report by Politico that alleges his volunteers were working off the script that tells undecided

Iowa Democrats, Warren can't bring any new bases to the party. I was disappointed to hear that Bernie

is sending his volunteers out to trash me.

Bernie knows me and has known me for a long time.

He knows who I am, where I come from, what I have worked on and fought for.
