I'm Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, and welcome

to We The People, a weekly show of constitutional debate.

The National Constitution Center is a nonpartisan nonprofit chartered by Congress

to increase awareness and understanding of the Constitution among the American people.

In the past few weeks the Supreme Court has begun to release some of the most important decisions

of this extremely exciting term.

To discuss them, we will be joined by our dream team, who we turn to whenever we need to sort

out the constitutional news.

The decisions include those ranging from the masterpiece cake case to cases about

sports betting and the Fourth Amendment and our dream team includes Michael

Dorf, the Robert S Stevens Professor of Law at the Cornell University
