I'm so excited. I'm just coming out of my skin on Thursday morning. We had the Bruin decision issued by the United States Supreme Court

It held well two things basically, one was that the New York State scheme for issuing

conceal carry permits or really not issue them where you have to show a good cause and convince somebody that you are worthy

or you have an extraordinary reason for protecting your life.

They just never issued the permits, or rarely did.

And so that got struck down, and that's going to affect several states.

All states become shall issue at least at that point.

But bigger than that in the Bruin decision was Justice

Clarence Thomas staking out the ground again reminding lower courts you've

been screwing up ever since Heller we told you what we meant and

in McDonnell we told you again what we meant this time we're really gonna smack you

on the nose with a rolled-up newspaper and embarrass an awful lot of justices and judges out there who have been saying yeah yeah

there's the Second Amendment but also the government has its considerations here

we're going to balance those out and the Supreme Court said no no no if you, if you got the Second Amendment, you got the Second Amendment, and you do not balance that against what the government wants.

This is huge and many, many years in coming. One of the people who's been covering this for a
