And he blessed us tremendously on so many fronts this

I want to talk to you.

This is probably just my core message, my life message this morning.

I want to talk to you about the third most powerful thing that ever happened to me.

But before I do that, I want to give you just a little, a bit of my history and tell you about the first two quickly.

I was not raised in a Christian home. My father drowned when I was three years old, and I had two very violent stepfathers. And so when I was 15 years old, my mother had divorced my first stepfather, my second father, when I was 13,

and so we spent a couple years, two and a half years by ourselves. And while we did, while we were

alone, we were living in this kind of rough neighborhood. And there was a prowler who got in

our house several times. Like, he actually got in three times.

And our police were there for about, this went on for almost 11 months.

Police were at our house probably four or five times a week.

And so my mother was sleeping on the couch with a shotgun,

and she was covered in psoriasis.

And I was sleeping with a rifle rifle and the prowler got in our

house in my he actually got in my window uh this night and i yelled and he jumped out the window

and i took a shot at him and thankfully missed him and then the next night it couldn't sleep and

i said out loud if there's a God,

if you heal my mother, I'll find out who you are and I'll serve you the rest of my life.
