edition Tyler Donahue, Sean Fitz with you as always. Both now stationary for a little

bit here in State College. I'm off the Big Ten Media Days in Chicago next week. I know Sean's

got a trip coming up as well out of the state but for now both

on Happy Valley, lived for life coming up here on Friday evening. We're recording Friday morning.

Since we last spoke with you a bit of a holiday week so so had not us

spoken with you since a couple commitments so we'll get to those the Penn State

class is suddenly up to 20 players for the 20-20 class and additionally roster update came

through for Penn State as they get ready for preseason camp in a matter of

weeks. We'll assess things. There was a roster subtraction. There's also a

position switch that is pretty notable. So we're getting all that and more. First

go ahead bring in Sean and you know we talked about it before you can't

really blink with this class. we took a little bit of a

a gap there to enjoy some time with our family and of course there were a couple new commitments along the way

well before we get into that of course today's lift for Life if you're listening to us on

Sean Clifford heading up the event this year which is pretty cool so
