Hey friends, welcome back to Pursuing Health. This episode is one that I had the opportunity

to record at this past year's Cross Fit Games

in Madison, Wisconsin.

And I had been introduced to the founder of the Sugar Free Revolution Car and Thompson previously,

but it was at the games that we finally had the chance to sit down and I heard her entire incredible

story in detail. So a little bit of background about Karen, she grew up in South

Africa and she battled addiction as well as an eating disorder from a young age.

Several years into her road to recovery, she came to realize that she still had one lingering

addiction, and that was sugar.

So using the tools she had learned in her recovery process, Carn kicked her own

sugar addiction and then used her knowledge and experience, as well as

partnered with other professionals to develop a one-of-a-kind inpatient rehab program specifically geared
