In this episode I get to sit down and chat with Pat Valner,

who is a three-time cross-fit games athlete,

as well as a chiropractic medical student so you can

imagine we had a lot to talk about in this episode. A little bit of background

about Pat before we get started he comes from a broad athletic background

including competing on a national level in gymnastics,

as well as playing lacrosse and rugby.

As I mentioned, he's currently studying

to become a doctor of chiropractic

in his home country of Canada and he's balancing

his course load with training for the upcoming 2018 Crossfit Games.

So Pat burst on the scene in 2014 shortly after starting Cross Fit where he had a surprising regional

performance and then in 2015 he competed with his team Cross Fit Plateau at the Cross Fit Games.
