Hey Chad, I'm good, you know, it's, when you're real estate is this massive industry, there's

you know, a couple million people that participated in it in some way and I've been in the industry

for 22 years and there's these people.

Linda, we don't know each other, we've never met, we're going to bring Linda on here a minute.

There's these people that you hear of them, you know who they are and at some point generally

because the industry is not actually that big, you run into these people over the years

and I'm super excited to run into this one today.

She's been a name that I've heard a million times, I said it to you today, Chad, I'm like,

yeah, Linda, like, but so I'm excited, like let's do this, like we have a really bright

mind here with us today that's done an amazing job, I think, in her career.

We're going to talk about this of zeroing in on our third kind of focus of this season,

right, Chad, which is make more money and Linda does it in a passive way.

I think a lot of what we're going to talk about are some of the passive ways that she's

creating income.
