Yes, hi friends, it's the Robcast and we are having ourselves an episode.

This is episode 379 and it's called the subtle underbelly of certain words. So this episode is about those moments

when we get all jammed up in relation to a person, in relation to an event,

and we keep repeating certain truths about this whatever it is that is causing us this irritation or angst etc.

But what has actually happened is the words that we are using and generally it's positive, noble affirming kind of words

can actually develop these subtle underbellys. So I want to walk you through what helps me in those moments and we'll

see if it helps. Before we do that, new dates are now up at my site for next year's two days here in Ohio

for the first half of next year. So this year, November and December,
