| 1:13.0 | states as they are sitting on them. And you know when you read something and it |
| 1:19.8 | just makes you go mm-hmm this was one of those experiences it just puts so |
| 1:26.1 | succinctly something that I've seen in my own practice and I've seen for many |
| 1:31.8 | other people and it's very common in meditation where we think we're sitting |
| 1:38.3 | with and being present to the fullness of our experience but in reality we're |
| 1:43.9 | using the practice to sit on our experience to suffocate it and repress it. |
| 1:49.9 | And so just notice how that lands for you whether you have a meditation |
| 1:55.0 | practice or you're just someone trying to be more present in your life. Do you |
| 2:00.4 | feel like your practice opens you up to and allows you to be with more aspects |

| 2:12.4 | might term the unwholesome states or what we perceive to be unwholesome states. |
