It has been an eventful couple of weeks in Kanye West.

Most weeks with Kanye or eventful, these have been unusually publicly eventful.

Kanye has been threatening to put out Donda for the last couple of weeks.

I should qualify this by saying we are recording in the second week of August.

I'm going on vacation, but times comes out maybe Donda will be out.

KBD could happen, you never know.

But enough has happened with Kanye that has been really front and center on my mind that

I felt like I wanted to talk to people who had been there watching.

Kanye has had two release events for Donda, both of them at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

The first one he played a bunch of music and stomped around the center of the field for

an hour and change.

The second one was a much more curated affair.

Demna from Lensiaga was the creative director.

There was a live stream of Kanye and friends putting, I would say finishing touches, but nothing

is finished as of this moment.

So putting touches onto the album and Kanye sleeping on live stream, very the artist is

divorced.

And then he gave another performance, a more ambitious one, a broader in scope one than

the first event.
