let's take a look at the latest chapter in this Banana Republic fantasy

that he calls a second term.

I mean, just this week, the United States Court of International Trade finally ruled that Trump's

tariffs, you know, the ones that he scrawled onto policy like, I don't know, a deranged

game of madlibs, were unlawful under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.

Now, the court said that he overstepped again.

But don't pop the champagne just yet.

Those tariffs, they're still in place.
