Okay, we are live and we want to welcome you to Biblos.

Here, this new episode, we're going to be dealing with the current climate that we're in right now as far as the church is concerned.

How should people of faith respond to this climate that we're in?

Politically, you know, a lot of people have strong ideas.

But socially, there's a lot of dynamics that I think people want answers to.

And one of the questions that was asked here recently was why do we see so many people turning to atheism?

And there are a lot of people. Now, atheists as a whole, they make up a pretty small segment of the population, but it is a growing segment.

And now with the rise of militant atheists like Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens and different ones who really, really strike out against faith and against theism. They try to monopolize the arena of reason,

and they try to paint all people of faith as though they are ignorant,

savages, uneducated.

And in apostolic ranks, a lot of people are afraid of education.

They worry about sending their kids to college, sending their kids to, you know,

secondary education or grad school, post-grad school.

And when they, when their kids come back, they come back inundated, indoctrinated and

very liberal, liberal worldviews, and they have an antagonism towards faith.

Well, that's not by accident. Liberal professors take great delight in what they, they would

say educating, but they really are working hard to undo

the Judeo-Christian framework that the Bible teaches.

And that's unfortunate because there's a lack of appreciation for the power of the scripture and the the power of faith

faith is is the greatest ideology and world mindset that there is I wouldn't be pursuing

faith if I didn't believe and have confidence.

And so, and many others, millions of others, the majority of the population have faith.
