Hey, strong women listeners, we are going to read another book together. And this one,

0:07.0

Aaron has introduced me to. It's called Letters to Malcolm, Chiefly on Prayer. And it's another

0:12.8

C.S. Lewis book. Now, we just did a C.S. Lewis book back in November, if you guys remember,

0:19.2

abolition of man. But it's okay. Whoever gets sick of

0:22.0

C.S. Lewis, right, Aaron? Yeah, we never get sick of C.S. Lewis. We could actually do a

0:27.3

C.S. Lewis book club every month. I know. But this book, especially as Colson Center is exploring

0:33.3

this topic of prayer, we thought this would be a great book to read together. And one of the

0:39.4

subtitles of the book is reflections on the dialogue between man and God. And so this book is so

0:45.7

this book is so exciting because it's all these letters that C.S. Lewis's friend kept in their

0:51.9

correspondence. And so all we get to hear is C.S. Lewis's letters to him.

0:58.0

So it's like we're listening to a phone call, but just a one-sided phone call, just listening

1:03.0

to C.S. Lewis and hearing how he responds to his friend about this topic of prayer.

1:09.4

And they kind of wrestle with this topic together and it's just

1:13.6

fascinating to learn and listen to this conversation with Lewis. So if you don't have the book

1:20.0

and you want to buy the copy that we're going to be reading through, look at our show notes or

1:25.1

also go to our social media pages and you can find a link to buy the book

1:29.4

and read with us. And I guess we should tell you when the date is going to be, right? So we're going to

1:35.0

discuss this book all together on March 29th at 7 p.m. Eastern Time. The slots are limited. So find the link to sign up in the show notes as well.

1:48.2

So we're looking forward to discussing this with you. I hope you can join us.
