and we're going to be talking about a few things today like normal, but just to give you a little

background on us, just in case this is your first episode listening in on what we talk about.

Like I noted, I'm C.R. Wiley. I'm a pastor. I serve a church in the

Pacific Northwest just outside of Portland, Oregon, believe it or not. And I've written a number of

books, and I'm a senior editor at Touchdoll Magazine. Okay, let's kick it over to you, Tom.

I'm Tom Price. I teach theology, Christian ethics, and philosophy, one of the places Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.

I am a professor emeritus of European history.

That means I'm retired at Central Connecticut State University.

Okay, well, for those who are longtime listeners, you know that when we're not interviewing

somebody, one of us picks the subject of the day, and it's my day today. And this book is a book
