Summary

The Strong Coach is a show hosted by Mike Bledsoe, where he uncovers what truly separates the good from the great. A collection of interviews with experienced coaches, who share what sets them apart, abd advice for the aspiring coach, who wants to take their craft to the next level.

Being a trainer is great, but let’s not let it get confused with the role of a coach. A trainer has developed themselves in a valuable modality, while the coach is the steward of their client’s dreams. They will leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of their client’s reaching their true potential.

This show is the beginning of a movement. The next evolution for the fitness industry.
