Phelps family along with the parade of witnesses found themselves at the heart of a phenomenon

that captivated the nation was this the work of mischievous spirits invited through an ill-fitted

seance or perhaps the manifestation of hidden psychic energies, as some theorized,

the line between the natural and supernatural blurred, leaving even the most skeptical observers

questioning their beliefs. As the new spread of the astonishing events, the Phelps home became

a magnet for the curious and the convinced alike. Reporters, clergymen, and self-proclaimed experts flock to Stratford,

each offering their own interpretation of what was unfolding within those walls.

The haunting eventually took a sinister turn, with family members reportedly assaulted by

invisible forces.
