Tony, why is your niche better than other people's?

We invest in single family short-term rentals and now boutique hotels as well.

You can get outsized returns for a relatively small amount, right?

Like some people want to go into commercial and they think about mobile home parks.

They think about buying apartment complexes and you get bigger returns when you do those things,

but a lot of times it's more cash out of pocket as well.

I'll give you guys a quick rundown on the boutique hotel,

but we picked that property up for just under a million bucks.

And last month, we did just over $40,000 in revenue on that hotel.

If we can hit our projections on that thing, it should be worth about $2.5 million in the next like 18-ish months if we can kind of get to where we want to go.
