Okay, Trace, we've got The Strangers Chapter 2 coming out this week, so we thought it might be an ideal time to open up that Patreon revolt.

Yes, everyone, and we are going to be looking at the first chapter in Rennie Harland's The Strangers trilogy.

So, yeah, in case you didn't know, that that is the Strangers Chapter

1, a movie that made quite a bit of money, but no one seemed to like.

Yeah, and then of course it's undergone a bit of a retooling because purportedly the ending,

i.e. the reveal of who the strangers are was leaked online, shades of many screen films.

So they did some reshoots, which is why it has been more than a year since we got that last

film.

Oh, man. Remember when we thought we were going to get all these in like the span of a 12-month period?

Yes, you'll hear us talk about it in the episode, folks, but we totally thought this was

going to get a new strangers boom. So I don't know. I don't know how well this episode will have

aged because of those reshoots, but we spent a lot of time speculating about where the

rest of the trilogy could go.
