Death of John McAfee. I, John McAfee was the virus guy, right? of John McCaffey.

John McAfee was the virus guy, right?

The antivirus guy who then seemed to lose his mind.

He was... I remember first, like, coming across John McAfee as a person

when he made some insane YouTube video,

and I swear, like, he had a gun and was doing cocaine, and there were like half-naked women. And he was talking about how he has nothing to do with the antivirus company anymore. So people could have cough. It was insane. He seemed insane. Today we're going to talk about it all. Kevin wrote this for me. I've never read it before. We're going to explore John McCaffee. And then he killed himself, like, Epstein style or whatever, in a Spanish prison?

I want to say, like, whatever it is, today's going to be wild.

If you've ever owned a computer at any point over the last 35 years, you've undoubtedly

heard of MacAfee antivirus.

And the chances are you've got a very poor opinion of the software.

Macafee is widely known across the internet as being a horrific combination of spyware,

malware and bloatware that is far worse than any of the viruses it alleges to protect users from.

Of course, this is just the common public perception of the software, not something Simon or I would ever attempt to claim as absolute fact.

Yeah, obviously I don't really know enough about Maccalfi, anti-virus software. I'm pretty sure I've had it at some point, usually probably bundled with a computer.
