Hello kids, this is Risk, the show where people tell true stories they never thought they

dare to share.

I'm Kevin Allison, and every Thursday we release these special episodes where we look

back at content from our earlier years.

Sometimes single stories, sometimes whole episodes, keep in mind that years ago people might

have awarded things differently than they would today.

As always, the title of the whole series, Risk, is itself a content warning.

This week a story that first ran in July of 2011, I remember learning that the comedians

Barry Rothbart and Mike Ennis had worked as a video crew for a gay men's nudist camp,

and I knew that those two had really stepped outside their comfort zone to do that, but

then ended up really grateful for the whole experience, so I asked the two of them how

they might feel telling that story to a gay man, being myself, and you're about to hear

the result.

That's a story we call The Straight Men.
