Today's episode is a quick snippet of a longer podcast episode that I had with Mr. Brandon Turner, who some of you guys may remember back in

the day as the host of Bigger Pockets. In this clip, we talk about what happened after I quit my job

in March of 2022. So for people that are brand new to the show, I was working a quarter million

a year sales job. And finally, through real estate and through building up this podcast and building

my own first business, I was able to replace that $20,000 a estate and through building up this podcast and building my own first

business, I was able to replace that $20,000 a month and put in my notice March of 2022.

Little did I know that as soon as I quit my job, I would start having panic attacks 24-7.

So today's clip is all about that experience.

It turned into a 10 to 15,000 dollars a month

for me. I no longer do that on the podcast and I have my own business, but when I got the passive

income from my real estate and I was working my job and I had that coming in, you know, January, February,

in March of 2020, all of a sudden, it's like $80,000 a month with all three combined.

Yeah. And so I saved up six months of living expenses.

And I validated that this works and that wasn't a fluke for three months.

And then I pulled the trigger.
