Tonight's episode is about Elijah.

Elijah was a prophet of God who lived in Israel during a time when many people had turned away from God.

He was known for his strong faith and simple way of life.

God sent Elijah to deliver important messages,

perform miracles,

and remind the people to worship the one true God.

Sweet dreams. God sweet dreams take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly.

Relax your forehead and brow.

Unclench your jaw.

Deep breath in

and exhale slowly

relax your shoulders tilt your head from side to side.

Feeling the stretch on the sides of your neck. Deep breath in and exhale another deep breath in and exhale

let gravity do its job and just relax relax. Now Elijah, who was from Gilead, told King Ahab, as surely as the Lord the God of Israel lives, the God I serve, there will be no due or rain during the next few years until I give the word.

Then the Lord said to Elijah,

Go to the east and hide by Carruth brook, near where it enters the Jordan River.

Drink from the brook and eat what the ravens bring you, for I have commanded them to bring you food so Elijah did

as the Lord told him encamped beside Carruth Brook east of the Jordan the ravens brought him bread and meat

each morning and evening,

and he drank from the brook.

But after a while, the brook dried up, for there was no rainfall anywhere in the land.
