| 0:19.8 | Elijah was a prophet of God who lived in Israel during a time when many people had turned away from God. |
| 0:29.6 | He was known for his strong faith and simple way of life. |
| 0:36.6 | God sent Elijah to deliver important messages, |
| 0:43.3 | perform miracles, |
| 0:45.3 | and remind the people to worship the one true God. |
| 0:53.3 | Sweet dreams. God sweet dreams take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly. |
| 1:18.6 | Relax your forehead and brow. |
| 1:35.3 | Unclench your jaw. |
| 1:42.3 | Deep breath in |
| 1:48.0 | and exhale slowly |
| 1:56.0 | relax your shoulders tilt your head from side to side. |
| 2:09.6 | Feeling the stretch on the sides of your neck. Deep breath in and exhale another deep breath in and exhale |
| 2:42.0 | let gravity do its job and just relax relax. Now Elijah, who was from Gilead, told King Ahab, as surely as the Lord the God of Israel lives, the God I serve, there will be no due or rain during the next few years until I give the word. |

| 3:38.7 | Go to the east and hide by Carruth brook, near where it enters the Jordan River. |
| 3:48.6 | Drink from the brook and eat what the ravens bring you, for I have commanded them to bring you food so Elijah did |
| 4:04.3 | as the Lord told him encamped beside Carruth Brook east of the Jordan the ravens brought him bread and meat |
| 4:17.0 | each morning and evening, |
| 4:20.0 | and he drank from the brook. |
| 4:26.0 | But after a while, the brook dried up, for there was no rainfall anywhere in the land. |
