| 1:29.6 | the truth about who you are. It's just one possible story, often written by experiences from long |
| 1:37.1 | ago, by other people's opinions, by moments of pain or fear that just got frozen in time. |
| 1:45.0 | And what I want to offer you today is this. |
| 1:48.1 | You have the power to recognize these old stories |
| 1:50.9 | and to gently rewrite them. |
| 1:54.2 | You can become the compassionate author of your own narrative. |
