It's some green tea with some honey in there. Okay. And my throat is a little dry. So if you've been,

if you've been listening to Complex Sneakers podcast for a while, you may remember the episode

where I had to hiccups. That was not a bit. That was not a bit for attention. That was my real life.

And right now, my throat feels quite dry, which again, I feel like I prepared for this first big

video podcast. This is a big deal. And I apologize, but we're going to work through it because I have

the hot tea and honey. It's going to be your Michael Jordan flu game. Yeah. Did you prep the stash

this morning for the 8k cameras? I know. I know it's been like in hibernation. Is your stash

prep? I do a little bit now. I used to not when I first had it, but that was looking pretty

grizzly a few years back. I know. That's the thing. Now that we're on video, like you got to actually,

yeah, because listen to be totally transparent, you know, on when we had the audio podcast,

sometimes I would have like a hoodie on with some colors. You wear pants? But the pants were like

shorts or like gym shorts now. Like definitely wearing a bathing suit. Yeah. Now everything was

and we're back on camera. Yeah. The speedo on. Yeah. Yeah. Really? No, no, no, just like a
