0:38.8	My mentor's name is David Groverman.
0:40.6	I met him several years ago when I was starting my very first business. He
0:45.0	owned pretty much a bunch of shopping centers and at this particular shopping center I used
0:50.4	to park my fruit truck outside of his shopping center.
0:54.0	And he pretty much had a problem with it.
0:56.0	You know, at this time, I'm like,
0:57.0	why does this guy have a problem with me parking my fruit truck out
1:01.0	on the side of his shopping center where I'm trying to make money. So it pretty much gave me so many problems about it and I just hated them like literally hated this man and I was like man this dude keep giving me issues. Fast forward, we ended up becoming the closest.
1:17.0	This is one of my best mentors, right? We got real tight over the years. He started giving me jobs for my junk removal business
1:26.2	then he gave me cleaning contracts and he gave me demolition contracts. He just helped me
1:31.0	immensely in my life. So first key point I want to make on today's podcast is
1:37.1	do whatever it takes to find yourself a mentor.
1:40.2	Literally, do whatever it takes to find yourself a mentor in various fields because they can literally help accelerate your path to success and literally help you get one step closer to where you got to go.
1:51.0	So I really remember this day like it was yesterday and this was the
1:56.0	turning point on my life, right? I went to David one day and I'm like,
