I wanted to give you a quick short form episode and I hope you're able to take something from this because this single-handedly helped change my life.

So I want to give you guys a quick story.

My mentor's name is David Grover, man.

I met him several years ago when I was starting my very first business.

He owned pretty much a bunch of shopping centers and at this particular shopping center I used

to park my fruit truck outside of his shopping center and he pretty much had a problem with it.

You know at this time I'm like why does this guy have a problem with me parking my fruit truck out on the side of his shopping center where I'm trying to make money.

So it pretty much gave me so many problems about it and I just hated them, like literally

hated this man and I was like, man, this dude keep giving me issues fast forward we ended up becoming the closest

This is one of my best mentors right we got real tight over the years. He started giving me jobs for my

junk removal business. Then he gave me cleaning contracts and he gave me

demolition contracts. He just helped me immensely in my life. So first key point I want to make on today's

podcast is do whatever it takes to find yourself a mentor. Literally do whatever

it takes to find yourself a mentor in various fields because they can literally help accelerate your path to success and literally help you get one step closer to where you got to go.

So I really remember this day like it was yesterday and this was the

turning point on my life, right? I went to David one day and I'm like,

Yo Dave, what's up man, I'm really excited.

All these incredible things just happened to me.

I just started this business.
