You cannot invest early enough in your culture. And conversely, things that you do wrong in your

chatting about Phoenix Courts, I couldn't help but notice that previously you worked at SoftBank,

which for those who don't know is an absolutely massive Japanese

multinational investment firm with some very big name investments, including Nvidia,

bite darts and Uber. And I was just fascinated to learn a little bit about what it was like

to work for such a company compared to the company you're working with now.
