Mike, welcome in this week. Yes, happy New Year, Bobby. We have a talk since before Christmas.

Well, we've talked just not on a podcast. Right. Officially, right? Right. But I know you've been busy, going to All-Star Games, dealing with coaching changes, all of these things.

And I want to start with probably the most pressing thing.

And then I want to get into what you thought of the kids at the All-Star Games

and the feedback I received from some of the national experts in 424-7.

But let's start with the hottest topic, Mike, if you don't mind.

And that's your feedback right now on the somewhat tenuous situation surrounding

assistant coaches.

Yeah, just, you know, when I talk to guys and I took the opportunity, you know, going

to those All-Star games is great because I feel like you get the opportunity to mix with a lot of

people from across the country and you can kind of feel people out and get outside of your own little

bubble and your own little view, your viewpoint and echo chamber and kind of talk to him

bounce ideas off of guys. When I talked about assistants or guys who could be up for jobs, I always

look at it. You know, I understand that they have got an all-around job to do as far as recruiting

and coaching, but I kind of always look at it from the recruiting angle myself.
