0:12.2	Today I'm going to take you into the starburst. This is the starburst meditation, a powerful,
0:20.1	energetic meditation.
0:23.0	When utilizing this particular visualization technique and tuning technique,
0:28.0	you're able to access the love light in its purest form in a powerful way.
0:35.3	I will build up the energy in your body through some breathing techniques, and we will do
0:41.1	the starburst, entering into the starburst, and at that point, all things are possible
0:47.7	for you.
0:51.1	So find a place to let go of the outside world. Be in a time and space where you are not rushed,
1:05.9	where you are comfortable, it can stay for an unspecified amount of time without any eruption of any kind.
1:14.6	Sit with your back straight.
1:18.6	Try not to cross your arms or legs. Take a moment and focus on your brow.
1:35.8	Take a long, deep breath.
1:40.9	If you can inhale to the count of eight, breathing in, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
1:55.3	Hold it in, two, three, three, four, exhale, two three three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve breathing in for eight 9, 10, 11, 12.
2:21.0	Breathing in for 8.
2:28.4	Hold it for four.
2:35.0	And exhale for 12. Continuing this pattern of breathing, you may begin to feel lightheaded, or like you're floating.
3:03.6	That's okay. Repeat this pattern two more times. Allow your breathing to return
3:14.4	to normal and a slow, gentle flow. The
3:27.0	The Now you'll begin to do the bellows breath.
4:03.9	This is very similar to fire breath.
