Summary

1:19.0	bathroom thinking oh my God he's now, he's here again.
1:25.0	He seemed fixated on Eileen.
1:28.0	She was the only one of his 15 victims so far that he had come back for.
1:35.0	And he seemed to know how to get into her apartment,
1:39.0	even though all her doors and windows were locked tight.
1:42.0	He'd been stalking her. and windows were locked tight.
1:42.8	He'd been stalking her.
1:46.6	He knew what her schedule was and she'd be away from the apartment at that time. So the woman sits in the apartment south of Miami, listening and watching. She looks just like Eileen. Same hair color, same height, close in age. But she's actually a decoy, an undercover police officer.
2:12.0	On the streets around Eileen's apartment building,
2:15.0	a half dozen other officers watch from the shadows,
2:18.0	whispering over their radios.
