Are you a gay street guy? What's your spot? That's an interesting, probably any of the market square area now. If you asked me when I was your age,

it would have been anywhere in the old city, Jackson and Central. But nowadays, the market square area is really nice. It's impressive how they've blown that whole area up in Gay Street,

I'm amazed at what's going to continue to pop up around downtown Knox. Yeah. I mean, that ballpark is going to open up that whole corridor. I mean, they never should have. I was doing another show with Mike Keith, um, broadcast to the Tennessee Titans now many years ago.

And we had the general manager of the Smokies on at the time. And he was pressing, pushing hard to get Mayor Victor Ash in the city of Knoxville to fund a downtown ballpark.
