Summary
It's almost Halloween and we're running on a SKELETON crew this week! It may be a 3Player Podcast but Nick, Brad, and Krispy hold down the fort with a bunch of impressions from the games we recently played for our 12-hour Halloween Spook-tacular including Visage, The Conjuring House, Paranormal Activity, and more! Keep your eyes on The Persistance as well as it seems like a PSVR game that more people should be paying attention too. With that said, The Return of the Obra Dinn just might steal the spotlight as it could be one of the biggest surprises of 2018!

It's not that fucking interesting. And I work in an office where people cannot stop talking about water. Have you bathed? Why shower? Do you work for awesome water? No, I stopped because I wasn't sure what the rules are on the water boil. Wait, really? |

| 1:36.7 | We are going to talk a lot about some of the games we played in our most recent spooktacular |
| 1:41.1 | that we did last Saturday. We played 12 hours straight of horror games and there were some pretty cool stuff in there that we're going to talk about. We're also going to talk about Soul Calibur 6 and the Return of Oberdin, which I know Brad and Crispy are both very excited to talk about. Am I right? It's the best game we're talking about this evening. It's the best game. It's be cool. All right, cool. |
| 2:01.1 | Well, we'll get to that at the end. A little bit of housekeeping. I do want to mention a couple things. One, if you are a supporter on Patreon or Twitch, oh, I guess I should phrase this by saying, if you are a supporter on Twitch, you should now have access, assuming your account is linked to your Discord account. You should now have access to our Patreon or patron channel in Discord, which is now called supporters, where if you want to ask a question on the show during the community segment, you can throw it in there. I will say this. We are now opening it up to more people, so there's a higher potential for us not being able to get through all of the questions every week. but if you support us on Twitch and not on Patreon and you want to get us a question in, |
| 2:37.9 | you can do that by joining us at discord.gg.4 player jumping in the supporters channel. |
| 2:43.1 | And I would probably recommend, especially if you want to make sure it's seen, |
| 2:47.0 | tag me, just do at Nick in that channel and I'll see it and I'll pin it and then I'll read |
| 2:50.8 | the question during the community segment, if we have time. Also, it is Red Dead launch night. Unfortunately, we won't be talking about Red Dead on this podcast. That'll be next week. But if you stay tuned after the show, no one will be live playing the first couple hours of Red Dead tonight. And starting at 8 a.. tomorrow I'll be live all day playing. Is that game like 100 hours long? It's like 60 if you do the main quest, but there's a bunch of... And apparently there's like a massive epilogue afterwards. And I don't know what that entails, but we'll talk about it, I'm sure, when we get to that point. But yeah. For Red Dead? Yeah. Yeah, it's, I, I mean... Cubs are too long, man. You know what? My favorite game length is? 25 hours. I think that's absolutely fucking right. 25 hours. I was happy. I was happy with Assassin's Creed Odyssey because last night I got to a point and I was like, this is probably it. This is probably the last time I play Odyssey until I finished Red Dead. But I hit a point last night in the story where I was like, this feels like kind of a turning point for the story, and it feels like a good, like, a good, probably a good place to stop if I know I'm not going to get back to it for like a season break. Yeah, kind of like that. So like, there was kind of like a build in like a reveal and then it was like okay now the game is kind of different going forward not different |
| 3:58.6 | but like you're doing something a little bit different so it's kind of like a build and like a reveal and then it was like okay now the game is kind of different |
| 3:57.6 | going forward not different but like you're doing something a little bit different so it's kind |
