like to offer you the sutra statements that apply to the first principle. You are a ripple in the fabric of the

Cosmos. Let's do a little mental exercise using the power of imagination.

Remember imagination means making images, imagination.

And the image is made out of what? Consciousness.

If I tell you right now, imagine a rainbow, you have an experience and all you did was

have the intention. Consciousness which has no form created the

rainbow in your consciousness. Before that there was no rainbow but I told you

imagine a rainbow.

Now imagine your house where you live.

You see something.

An image.

Formless consciousness modified itself into an image.

So we see here form and formlessness go together.

Without the formlessness, there is no image which is a form.

Images, forms, shapes, There is no image which is a form images forms shapes colors are all the same thing and they are raw material of experience

So once you get that now sit quietly close your eyes. Let's do a little imagination

Number one imagine that the whole universe is playing out inside you when an image comes to mind when you have that

intelligence the whole universe is inside you as soon as you experience that image, mentally use the sutra.
