I'm the Pac Chopra, this is daily breath. How do you find the cosmos within us? I have an exercise that can help and

let's call this finding the cosmos within.

So sit quietly, when you're at home, sit in a comfortable position close your eyes start again by following your breath or using a mantra quieten your internal dialogue after a few, put your attention in your heart or on your heart. Visualize your heart as a pulsating sphere of light.

In this sphere, visualize two or three divine beings or archetypal energies.

Maybe gods, angels, dachinis, goddesses, light beings.

Visualize the rest of your body also as a body of light. Now imagine

this light body expanding to fulfill the entire room. Allow it to expand past the room so you are no

longer in the room. The room is in you. Now expand this light even further so you can expand it

into the city where you live. Expand it beyond your building,

beyond the traffic lights, beyond the countryside.

Continue to expand your sense of self

to include your state, your country and your planet.

Now see the whole world existing in you.

See people, sentient beings, nature, the city, the country, the state. sentient inside your own being.

These are the organs of your cosmic body.

Now, say to yourself,

I'm not in the world, the world is in me.

Ask your divine beings to correct any imbalances,

fulfill any desire to bring you joy, harmony, healing beauty to your cosmic self.

Now continue to expand your sense of self to include planets, moon, moons, stars, galaxies.

And as you do that, say to yourself,

I'm not in the universe, the universe is in me.
