yeah in June how quickly time flies yes how have you been I've been

good more has more has unfolded since our last part and so I'm so glad I could be here today and the

thing I was supposed to tell you and everyone else is that you are still the

answer meaning that what we're moving through now, that every person alive is the

answer to the change that we're moving through, which was all the work that I have

been bringing to the world, because it's been a little uncomfortable for a lot of people

but it's also been very purposeful because we're trying to create something a little bit better

but to do that we've got to just like change the old first which is what's happening.
