have an interview and awesome interview and and so we're on the I don't know Zencaster

I think is the product we use we do have a green room essentially right and so we're

talking before the podcast and Chad's fired up because Ryan and I won't stop talking

and he's like save that this is like the podcast material like what are you doing? Save

this and but Chad I like to do that so that later I can say oh yeah before the podcast

we were talking about that and make it seem like we actually like prepared heavily Bob

that just is you like insider information as we learned when we had oh I do I do when we had

David on nurse on and we were talking about his new book Breakthrough which recently just
