Well, welcome back, everybody. This is the Let Love podcast with the Sisters of Life and my name is Sister Mary Grace. I'm Sister Anne Immaculay

and I'm Sister Veritas. And I'm sorry to say this is the last episode of our season. It's always

heartbreaking getting to the last one. We're like, quick, what else can we say and pray about? I know. It went so fast. It did. It did. I mean, you was second-guessing this episode this week. You're like, surely we have a couple. I know. Like, surely Lent is just a little bit longer. I mean, not that I want Lent to be prolonged, but it went fast. It's good to be with you. It is. That's so nice. Yeah, and we realize that we're at the

start of a powerful week, the week that Lent is all about, really. So we thought this last episode,

we're just kind of praying for inspiration of like final words from the spirit into our hearts

about leisure and everything that we've unpacked over the last five or six weeks through Lent

together. And the word that really kind of resonated

on our hearts was how leisure liberates you to be you. A couple really important updates just so

you can stay connected that, as you know, this season of let love is gladly produced in collaboration

So we were thinking about the liberating nature of leisure, and, oh man, this story just kept coming back to me. It makes me laugh. So we're going to try and tell it about that I think is just a great image of leisure and what happens in our hearts when we attempt to take it. So about August, the sister's going to help me out saying it because it's really such a very tough story, but I absolutely love it and I love talking about it because it gives me the giggles so many times. But basically, every August we have, you know, if the Lord invites an amount of sisters to lay down their lives in perpetual profession. We have, like, you know, what we'd also called their wedding day on August 6th, the Transfiguration. But there was one unique year, and usually we're at St. Patrick's Cathedral now. That's where we usually have it on the Feast of the Transfiguration. But during COVID, it wasn't possible any churches to have a public mass so we had it at our very

own chapel of the enunciation in our mother house which is really really beautiful so the whole
