Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him,

excuse me, if you continue in my word,

if you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed. If you continue, that means you

don't just hear it, as we say, let it go in one ear and out the other. You don't just forget it

right after you've heard it, but you retain it.

And you remember it tomorrow and the next day and the next.

And you are a doer of it.

You put it into practice.

If you do that, then you'll not just be a believer.

You'll be a disciple.

You'll be a follower, one who is becoming like the master.

Is that your desire?
